Margot-Duclot architects associés has finished a 5 years project in the city of Bonneuil-sur-Marne, France. Since the railways were disassembled the entrance to the city needed a new look, and an urban settlement was designed and built. Where once an empty field was, homes for 124 families is built. Small and independent buildings were designed. Between the buildings, through planted alleys, individual houses with large balconies can be seen, as well as shared gardens and playgrounds.
